50 Ringtop is located in Kingston, NY - the first capital of New York State. Situated in Ulster County, we are 80 miles north of NYC and 50 miles south of Albany. Rich in history, both of the state and the country, Kingston has gone through numerous iterations...the latest of which include exciting new small businesses and numerous diverse food offerings.

Our rental is a cozy and welcoming 1,000 sq foot area in the lower level of our home. With a separate entrance, three piece bathroom, living, dining, kitchenette, and bedroom - it's your own private space. We made it a priority to anticipate your needs - from a desk to do work from, a small exercise area with yoga mat, smart TVs in the living and bedroom. Our goal is to make you feel at home!

We are Kim and Michael. Both islanders (Hawaii and Long Island...which I guess we'll count), who more than anything, are the best of friends and constant companions. We make each other laugh, find joy in eating, traveling, and doing activities together like tennis and roller skating.
