You will find ample street parking right

outside the unit's entrance. Please park near the walkway to the unit.

The entrance to the unit is controlled by a keypad deadbolt. You should have received a custom code from us upon booking. If not please let us know ASAP. 

Check in is at 3pm on the agreed to day. 

Check out is at 12pm on the agreed to day. 

If this needs to change please reach out to us. 

You should have received the WiFi password

in the Airbnb booking email.

If not, please reach out. It's also posted on the whiteboard on the fridge.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit.

You are free to smoke outside the unit

on the patio.

There are no parties allowed in the unit. 

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

Please keep the amount of people to the agreed

to amount in the booking.

Please feel free to play music/watch TV until a reasonable hour. We normally stay up to about 11pm but if you are watching movies late just keep the TV at a normal volume.

Please feel free to use the kitchenette. 

There is a microwave, induction cooktop and toaster oven. We've also provided some cookware, oil and spices. Kingston has an amazing food scene but we wanted to provide enough for a small meal and snacks. 

Please feel free to adjust the heat or AC to a comfortable level. You'll find the mini split controller right near the toaster oven on the wall. 

We would greatly appreciate it if you didn't wear 

shoes inside the unit. This helps us provide you with an extremely clean stay. 

As much as we love our doggo and kitty friends, unfortunately no pets are allowed in the unit.

As coffee lovers ourselves, we've provided a Keurig and a French Press for your caffeine needs. 

You have been provided with towels and in the bedroom's left side closet you'll find additional pillows, blankets, etc for your use. 

There are garbage cans throughout - in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and entryway door. Should you need to empty any, you'll find a large trash bin right outside the unit, near the patio.

There is a recycling bin in the kitchen under the sink. If they get filled let us know and we'll empty them.
